What is Raudah Ventures?
Raudah Ventures is a bootstrapped venture studio. We build, own, and operate products inside one company, supported by shared AI-native infrastructure.
How is Raudah's venture studio model different?
We do not spin each product into a separate startup or negotiate for equity in it. Products are built and owned inside Raudah, while the builders responsible for them receive a contractual share of product contribution profit.
What is Raudah building?
We are building two shared functions. Engineering turns product decisions into reliable software. Marketing turns market learning into research, content, channel experiments, customer acquisition, and growth.
What does AI-native mean at Raudah?
AI is part of how we think and work from the beginning. We experiment with frontier models and tools, including Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, then combine their speed with human judgment, technical fundamentals, testing, evaluation, and clear ownership.
Who should apply to work with Raudah?
We want Indian residents aged 18 or older who are students or early-career builders, deeply interested in technology, and actively experimenting with frontier tools. Curiosity, evidence of experimentation, sound judgment, and the ability to finish matter more than credentials.
Why build with Raudah instead of starting alone?
You can learn execution through real products while using shared engineering, marketing, infrastructure, contracts, accounting, and compliance. You take meaningful product responsibility without first funding and operating a separate company, and you participate directly in the economics you help create.
How does the selection process work?
Start by showing an existing project and explaining your decisions, time, failures, iterations, results, and use of AI. Strong applicants complete an 8 to 12 hour standalone evaluation over one or two weeks.
How does product participation work?
The signed product schedule defines the terms. Participation is contractual compensation based on product contribution profit, not equity, partnership, or ownership of Raudah.
Are there any application fees or other charges?
No. There are no application fees, evaluation fees, joining fees, or other charges to apply to Raudah or complete the selection process.
