2. Subscription Refunds

You can cancel a subscription using the methods in our Cancellation Policy. The applicable checkout or product-specific terms explain the renewal cutoff, access after cancellation, and any refund for unused time.

If you believe you were charged after a valid cancellation, contact legal@raudah.co with the transaction details. We will review the charge with the seller or payment provider. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

3. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

The applicable checkout or product-specific terms state any return window for a one-time or lifetime purchase. You may also have rights under applicable law.

A refund may end access to the associated product or features, as described in the applicable terms.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact legal@raudah.co with the product, your account email if any, and the order or transaction details. You can also use a refund channel provided at checkout.

Approved refunds are handled by the seller of record through the payment provider where applicable. The method and timing depend on that provider and your bank. Ask us about the process for your transaction if it is unclear.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at legal@raudah.co before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly under this Policy.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we will, where appropriate, provide the issuer, payment processor, or merchant of record with evidence of the services rendered, your acceptance of these policies, transaction logs, and other relevant records to support our position. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, filing a chargeback after a refund has already been issued, or filing a chargeback for services that were rendered may result in suspension of your account pending resolution and may be referred to a collections agency.
