Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Raudah Technologies, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our products and services.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

If you are charged after you have already submitted a cancellation request, you are entitled to a full refund for that charge.

3. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

One-time and lifetime purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. After this period, these purchases are non-refundable.

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the associated product or features will be revoked.

4. Custom Development Services

Fees for custom software development engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits for development projects are non-refundable. Disputes related to development deliverables are handled in accordance with the individual service agreement.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, email contact@raudahtech.com with your account email, order details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account pending resolution.
