2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at contact@raudahtech.com with the email address associated with your account and a request to cancel. We will process your cancellation promptly and send a confirmation email.
3. Effect of Cancellation
- Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied to your payment method after cancellation.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.
4. Your Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends, your account data is retained for a reasonable period to allow you to reactivate your account. After this period, your data will be deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
If you wish to have your data deleted immediately, you may request this by contacting us at contact@raudahtech.com.
5. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases
One-time and lifetime purchases grant access as described at the time of purchase and cannot be "cancelled." If you wish to request a return, please refer to our Refund Policy.
