This policy explains how to cancel a subscription and what may happen to your account and data afterward.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

• Through an in-product account or billing setting, where available.
• By emailing legal@raudah.co from the email address associated with your account and naming the product and subscription. If you cannot access that address, explain this so we can verify your request.
• Through any additional cancellation method made available within the product, by the relevant payment processor, or by the merchant of record handling your transaction.

Check the applicable checkout or product-specific terms for your renewal date and cancellation cutoff. The product or seller of record may provide a cancellation confirmation. Contact us if you need help confirming its status.

3. Effect of Cancellation

• The applicable product or checkout terms explain when paid access ends after cancellation.
• Once cancellation takes effect, future renewals should stop. Contact us if you see another charge.
• Refund eligibility for unused time follows the applicable terms and our Refund Policy, subject to your rights under law.

4. Your Data After Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete an account or its data. You can request deletion of account and product data we control. We may retain transaction, security, dispute, or legally required records for as long as those purposes or applicable law require.

Email legal@raudah.co to request deletion or ask which retention criteria apply to your product. We may need to verify your identity before acting; deletion timing depends on that verification and any required retention.

5. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

One-time and lifetime purchases grant access as described at the time of purchase and cannot be "cancelled." If you wish to request a return, please refer to our Refund Policy.
