Account and data deletion
These instructions cover accounts and product data controlled by Raudah Ventures across every product it operates.
Request deletion
Email legal@raudah.co from the address associated with your account. Name the product and say that you want your account and associated data deleted.
If you cannot access that address, explain this in the same email so we can check ownership another way. If the product has no accounts, name it and describe the data you want deleted.
What can be deleted
After verifying your request, we can close an account and delete account details and product data we control that are no longer needed to provide the service or meet a legal obligation. We can also address data we control for a product without accounts.
A payment processor or merchant of record may control its own payment and transaction records. We cannot delete records it controls; contact that provider using the details supplied at checkout or on your receipt.
Records and timing
We may retain transaction records for tax and accounting duties, security records while needed to prevent or investigate abuse, and dispute records until a claim is resolved or legal retention ends. Applicable law and the purpose of each record determine how long it is kept. Email us to ask which criteria apply to your product and request.
We may need to verify your identity before acting. Deletion timing depends on that verification, the data involved, and any required retention. We will explain any records we must keep when responding to your request.
