Build a product.
Grow the company.
For students and early-career builders who want real product responsibility, close execution guidance, and a direct share in the economics they help create.
Start your applicationRaudah is a bootstrapped venture studio.
Products are built and owned inside Raudah. The people responsible have a direct share in the contribution profit.
Build for more than one launch.
Grow from experimenter to operator.
Build a commercial track record.
Why build here?
Learn through real product decisions, customers, launches, and failures.
Build without funding or operating a separate company, using shared Engineering, Marketing, infrastructure, contracts, accounting, and compliance.
Take real responsibility with close review and autonomy, without investing personal capital.
Share in product contribution profit and grow from builder to product operator.
During the independent product stage, we fund agreed tools, infrastructure, workspace, and compliance while you contribute time. Participation pays when the product produces contribution profit.
How it actually works.
Share one existing project. Explain why you built it, the decisions you made, how long it took, what failed, what changed, the result, and how tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex contributed.
Complete an 8 to 12 hour evaluation over one or two weeks. It uses a mock, public, or standalone problem, is never shipped by Raudah, and remains your work. You receive no confidential or production access.
If there is a strong fit, we explore a real product opportunity together. We define the customer, hypothesis, smallest useful release, evidence of success, responsibilities, and direct cost budget.
Commercial work begins only after the contractor agreement, product charter, intellectual-property assignment, and product participation schedule are written and signed.
You control your working method and schedule. We provide context, review, approved tools, infrastructure, workspace where agreed, and access to the shared Engineering and Marketing functions.
Participation begins after collected product revenue has recovered cumulative direct product costs. Calculations and payments are made quarterly under the signed product schedule.
If the product needs regular hours, company-directed work, or full-time responsibility, the role moves to compliant employment with fixed pay while preserving vested product participation.
The agreement defines vesting, handover, and a formulaic settlement for a good exit. Raudah keeps its product and intellectual property, and earned participation is handled by the terms agreed before work began.
Show us how you think.
One project you know deeply. A small finished experiment is more useful than a polished generic portfolio.
